Hi, I am Helena BSc (Hons), Lic Ac., M.B.Ac.C. I am a qualified and fully insured acupuncturist working from my clinic based in Alcester, Warwickshire.

I  graduated with distinction from The Acupuncture Academy which is accredited by the British Acupuncture Board (BAAB). I also have a BSc (Hons) in Human Biology. I have always had an interest in the body from how it functions and how ill health can manifest. I love looking at health from both a Western and Chinese medical perspective and working with both these approaches to help support my patients holistically. My education and training ensure that you receive the highest standard of care in your acupuncture treatments.

I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and adhere to the Council's Code of Safe Practice and Professional conduct. British Acupuncture Council members are also registered with the Professional Standards Authority which is a government body set up to regulate health and social care providers, and is accountable to Parliament.

I decided to study acupuncture after discovering the positive effects of the treatment on my own health and wellbeing. Whilst living a life juggling a corporate job, a young family and some chronic health issues I was struggling and burnt out and having acupuncture helped calm my body and mind and ultimately made me stronger and more balanced enabling me to manage my health, feel less stressed and enjoy life more.
