Hi, I am Helena BSc (Hons), Lic Ac., M.B.Ac.C. I am a qualified and fully insured acupuncturist working from my clinic based in Alcester, Warwickshire.

I  graduated with distinction from The Acupuncture Academy which is accredited by the British Acupuncture Board (BAAB). I also have a BSc (Hons) in Human Biology. I have always had an interest in the mind and body from how it functions and how ill health can manifest. I love looking at health from both a Western and Chinese medical perspective and working with both these approaches to help support my patients holistically. My education and training ensure that you receive the highest standard of care in your acupuncture treatments.

I am a member of the British Acupuncture Council (BAcC) and adhere to the Council's Code of Safe Practice and Professional conduct. British Acupuncture Council members are also registered with the Professional Standards Authority which is a government body set up to regulate health and social care providers, and is accountable to Parliament.

My journey into acupuncture began after experiencing its powerful impact on my own health and wellbeing. At the time I was navigating the demands of a corporate career, raising a young family, and coping with chronic health challenges. I felt overwhelmed and burnt out. Acupuncture brought a sense of calm to both my body and mind, helping me to regain strength and balance. It empowered me to better manage my health, reduce stress, and find greater enjoyment in everyday life.
